Konouz means treasures — and ours come from a valley that has fed the Levant for generations. This is how we carry its flavours to the world.
Origins
Named after a valley that feeds a region
Chtoura sits at the heart of Lebanon’s Bekaa plain — a valley whose orchards, olive groves and wheat fields have stocked Levantine pantries for generations. Konouz Chtoura, “the treasures of Chtoura”, takes both its name and its standard from that place: honest ingredients, prepared the way the region has always known.
From that starting point we built an integrated range — canned goods, oils, grains and legumes, jams, floral waters and more. The staples of the Levantine kitchen, made to travel.

Every scale
One standard, from home jar to export pallet
The same recipes ship at every scale. Retail packs sized for the shelf and the home kitchen; bulk weights for restaurants, hotels, factories and distributors; and flexible custom packaging designed around a client’s market.
Packing takes place in Lebanon, Syria and Türkiye, giving us the flexibility to serve global markets and build long-term partnerships with importers and distributors.
